Sarasota is the county seat, the largest city, and our primary market in the county. Siesta Key & Crescent Beach
Siesta Key is one of the most famous barrier islands in Florida — known for its quartz-crystal white sand beach. But from a roofing perspective, it's a narrow island with Gulf exposure on the west side, Sarasota Bay on the east, and every property on it dealing with full coastal conditions.
The housing is a mix of 1960s–1980s beach homes (many significantly renovated), newer elevated construction, and condo buildings along the beachfront. Crescent Beach, on the southern end of the key, has some of the island's most valuable residential properties.

Longboat Key
Longboat Key is a 10-mile barrier island that straddles the Sarasota-Manatee county line — the southern end is in Sarasota County. This is one of the wealthiest communities in the area, with luxury waterfront homes and high-rise condos along the Gulf and Sarasota Bay.

Casey Key & Manasota Key
Casey Key and Manasota Key are the southernmost barrier islands in Sarasota County — narrow, exclusive, and fully exposed to the Gulf. Casey Key in particular is one of the most exclusive addresses on the Gulf Coast, with large waterfront estates on both the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway.
